Colina Lac is a 112-unit residential development near Bucharest that reimagines suburban living through community-driven design. With 9 house types and 2 apartment typologies, it balances diversity and coherence. Defined by open fronts, shared streets, and private gardens, the project fosters real neighborhood life. Durable materials, like brick, and efficient planning ensure long-term value within a competitive cost framework.

Labirint is a compact urban campus in Bucharest combining a secondary school and a church. Developed on a constrained site with over a century of institutional memory, the project balances openness and protection through controlled connections and shared civic spaces. A column-free hall serves worship, concerts and community events. Recovered elements from the former complex, including façade fragments, timber components and parts of historic organs, preserve continuity between past and present.
